How do I get into this one for $109K? Any extra fees???? Can you cover a trip down to see it??

It’s a pretty simple purchase structure for these casitas. To reserve, you only need to put $3k down. After 14 days from the initial reservation deposit, a 10% deposit is due, minus the $3k. From there, depending on completion milestones, stage payments are made towards the entire purchase price. Extra fees include a 5% stamp tax on transfer of title and a 1% to 2% attorney closing fee. Yes, we can subsidize viewing trips. But only to buyers that qualify.

Where exactly are you located in San Pedro, how many miles from town north or South.

Thank you for your interest in this property. It is approximately 7 to 8 miles north of San Pedro. Just a few miles north of Captain Morgan’s Resort.

Is the 540 sq ft the living area only, or does it also include the porch area. Is storage space available nearby? Can you manage renting the unit if I am not there? Very interesting in a visit…

The 540 sq ft includes the porch area. The developer refers to it as total square footage. There is storage space within the unit. The developer handles the rentals. Owners can participate in a rental pool that has a 60/40 split.

We can subsidize viewing trips to qualified buyers. Our qualifications are very strict due to prior abuse of the system. If we can’t subsidize the trip for you, we can recommend places to stay and sites to see that have been client friendly.
